Opportunity Details... Capital District Coalition for Accessible Transportation

We are a grass roots organization that assists people with disabilities and seniors with transportation advocacy and information. We are all volunteers and most of us are seniors, people with disabilities or both. Transportation issues include systemic issues (such as a need for NYS law for wheelchair accessible taxis), and assisting people 1 on 1 with applications or paratransit appeals, medicaid medical transportation questions and problems, paratransit questions and problems, taxi issues and line bus issues. This organization operates in the Capital Region in upstate NY only. We do have some issues that are State-wide.
